Project Background

The Kilbourne Group purchased the Fargo Theatre parking lot in February of 2007. The new 300 Broadway building is located on the Fargo Theatre parking lot site. It will include retail space on the first floor and condominiums on the second, third and fourth floors. The condos include porches with a spectacular view of Broadway and underground heated parking. The top floor condominiums include optional roof top gardens. There will be a two-story penthouse condominium on the top floor. A two story open atrium space will allow natural light into the center of this building.

These residential units will offer a unique, urban-style living experience in downtown Fargo.

In collaboration with the Fargo Theatre, a second screen with seating for 78 is included on the retail level to expand the Fargo Theatre’s movie and event showings.
