The Rebirth of a Legend: Silver Moon Supper Club
Located on the first floor of The Lofts on Roberts, the Silver Moon Supper Club opened in the fall of 2008. Owned by Monte Jones and Jerry Erbstoesser, the restaurant provides a sophisticated and comfortably elegant dining experience that whisks you to another era when cocktails, dining, dancing and live entertainment were common place. Decorated in art deco style, the restaurant is named in honor of the original Silver Moon in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Seasonal menus feature contemporary American cuisine that reflects the boundless creativity of the Silver Moon’s kitchen staff. A separate menu offering small plates for cocktail-hour cravings and lighter appetites is served in the lounge, which is known as Salon Privé.
Silver Moon Supper Club is located at 309 Roberts Street North in downtown Fargo. Reservations can be made by calling 701-356-9097. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:00 to 9:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 5:00 to 10:30 p.m. Salon Privé is open from 4 p.m. to close Monday through Saturday.
