The Pence Automobile Company Warehouse – built in 1920 and formerly the location of Richtman’s Printing Center – is located at 301 NP Avenue North in downtown Fargo. The building was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994 and is one of two architecturally significant commercial buildings on NP Avenue.

History
The Pence Automobile Company Warehouse is indeed a landmark property. Built in the classical revival style, the structure is decorated with cream brick and glazed terra cotta trim. It contains the original staircase constructed of marble with metal balustrade, a wood banister and inlaid slate flooring. The interior of the building is poured concrete construction with exposed concrete floor slabs and ceilings with brick infill. Additionally, the building contains several pillars made of round poured concrete. The structure cost $175,000 when built in 1920.

The building’s lot size is 150 feet by 140 feet, and a total of 31,500 square feet is available for lease or purchase. There is an additional 14,800 square feet in two adjacent buildings at 307 and 309 NP Avenue.
