About the Kilbourne Group

The Kilbourne Group is a collective team of individuals and companies led by Doug Burgum that is committed to inspiring and supporting the redevelopment of downtown Fargo. Doug and the Kilbourne Group team share the vision of retaining and carrying forward the history of Fargo through the restoration of historic buildings and the creation of new buildings that honor the past and inspire the future.

Past projects include the rescue of the Northern School Supply building which became the award winning initial “NDSU Downtown” building. It houses architecture and landscape architecture and became a catalyst for NDSU’s continuing commitment to downtown Fargo. Current Kilbourne Group projects include 102 Broadway, The Lofts on Roberts, and 300 Broadway.

300 Broadway is a mixed use project with retail space and the Fargo Theatre Off Broadway on the first floor and condominiums on the upper three floors. The condominiums offer a unique, urban-style living experience in downtown Fargo.
